This zone is located in the northern part of Jim Corbett National Park. This zone was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on January 2022.
Covering 2516.70 hectares, the Phato Zone is home to diverse wildlife, including Royal Bengal Tigers, deer, and various birds. Jeep safaris in this zone offer a great chance to see these animals up close. The area has man-made water reservoirs where wildlife often gathers, especially Royal Bengal Tigers.
For stay there are 5 tree house in this zone, tourist can stay here for one night in one tree house there are two rooms.
Morning and afternoon safaris are available in this zone. Also, there are various water reservoirs made for animals among them pink water hole is one.
